Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan allows 5 inventory items and 3 AI evaluations under the configured plan limits. You can start without purchasing a subscription. AI is optional; inventory and marketplace workflows are the core of the service.
Which marketplaces can I publish to?
ResellrHub has publishing integrations for eBay, Vinted, Wallapop and OLX. Facebook Marketplace uses browser-assisted listing, where you review the form and complete publication. Consult the support table for each workflow and its connection requirements.
Can I import existing listings?
Imports are available for eBay, Vinted, Wallapop and OLX. Connect the relevant account, select the listings and review imported photos, descriptions and identifiers. Facebook Marketplace imports are not available.
Are sold items removed immediately everywhere?
No. The app checks supported accounts about every hour and schedules removal after a confirmed sale. Cleanup covers eBay, Vinted and Wallapop. It does not currently cover OLX or Facebook. Review failures and remove any remaining listing manually.
Why is a browser extension needed?
Some Vinted and Wallapop workflows need your signed-in marketplace browser session. The extension also assists supported listing forms. It requests access to ResellrHub and specific supported marketplace sites, not all websites.
Does ResellrHub log into marketplaces for me?
No. Sign in through the marketplace itself and complete any security checks. Use accounts you are authorized to manage. Marketplace session tokens give account access; disconnect a connection you no longer need.
Can I keep using a spreadsheet?
Yes. The free CSV template is useful for organizing stock and recording marketplace URLs. It does not synchronize stock, import listings into ResellrHub automatically or remove sold listings.
