Using the service
ResellrHub helps you manage inventory, import listings and crosslist to supported marketplaces. You remain responsible for your listings, prices, product rights and compliance with each marketplace’s rules. Keep your account and connected marketplace access secure. Do not use the service for unlawful listings, abuse or access to accounts you do not control.
Marketplace automation and AI
Exports and removal of sold listings depend on the supported integrations, marketplace availability and detecting a confirmed sale. Sale checks are periodic; removal is not guaranteed to be instantaneous. Monitor your listings to avoid duplicate sales. AI-generated text and price suggestions should be checked before use. ResellrHub is independent of the marketplaces and does not guarantee sales or uninterrupted third-party services.
Plans and subscriptions
A free plan is available. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Limits and plan changes are shown in the app; any change to a recurring price will be communicated before renewal. Manage billing and cancellation through the billing portal, or contact support if you cannot access it. The effective cancellation date is shown in the billing confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period. For your first paid subscription, you may request withdrawal and a full refund within 14 days of purchase through our contact form or email. Mandatory consumer rights and any further refunds required by law remain unaffected.
Account, disputes and changes
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use any connected business or marketplace account. You retain rights in the content you submit and authorize ResellrHub to process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or abusively, with notice where practicable. You can request account closure and data export through support. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without removing mandatory protections or court rights in your country of residence. Contact us first about a dispute; you may also use the courts or competent consumer dispute-resolution services available to you. Each party remains responsible under applicable law for harm caused by its breach; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
